Business Advisor


Job Description -  Demonstrate knowledge of the TMI & Partners, Ltd.’ services list and the markets to which the various services apply
  • Establish marketing and sales objectives for small and midsize businesses
  • Target small and midsize businesses for presentations about TMI & Partners, Ltd, and how our services match their current and future business needs
  • Prepare brief action plans; outlining services targeted to clients,  marketing approach and proposed implementation
  • Identify client’s business trends, system improvements and recommended changes
  • Maintain rapport with active and past clients by making periodic contact to exploring changing client needs and anticipating new opportunities
  • Protects TMI’s value by keeping information confidential.  Fulfill marketing and organization mission

Skills / Qualifications -
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts,
  • Have good people and  management skills, sales planning, competitive analysis and product development skills
Qualifying Experience -
  • Corporate sales, sales in insurance, real estate, residential or business financing, business solution programing
  • 3 years sales
Education - 2 years college

Compensation -
  • Biweekly Commission
